He has also held Directorships on several Boards of Private Companies, and NGOs. The Country Manager in Ghana is responsible for building business partnerships with IBM, HP, and other world-class corporations. He is also responsible for Business development activities for Metro Star Ghana Ltd and identifying business activities in Africa.
He has executed projects such as producing a Policy Document on Eight Allowances for the Ghana School of Law and Project Manager on the GCX (Ghana Commodity Exchange) Project. The most important details are that the IT Project Manager on the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) project aligned system requirements to the vision, mission, business requirements, policies, operational guidelines/procedures, rules, and regulations of the GCX, assisted in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) and related Tender Documents, assessed the Governance process in place, reviewed the disaster recovery and Business continuity plans in place, conducted interviews and scored responses against ISO 27001 compliance, reviewed and analyzed the Penetration testing results, developed a comprehensive draft report, completed the final report with taking into consideration comments by the client and made recommendations with a step-by-step approach to attain desired ISO 27001 Maturity status. Metro Star Ghana Ltd partnered with Ernst and Young to perform an independent verification and validation audit of the NHIA IT infrastructure. Key tasks included conducting stakeholder and site surveys, assessing security risks, performing Network and Application Penetration testing, and providing a strategic assessment of the IT Enterprise Architecture. MEK Engineering & Construction Ltd. was the first Managing Director and VINTAGE Glazing Ltd. was the manager of a leading Windows and Doors Fabrication Company. The project was completed and discharged in Jan 2007.
