1. How long has Tempo been in existence?

            Tempo was incorporated in 2001.

     2. Why should I purchase a Tempo house?

            Tempo is located in a prime area of Accra and provides as standard features in our

             homes what  other developers consider optional.

     3. Are the houses insured?

            Insurance cover available on request at negotiable

     4. What is the warranty period?

          Tempo provides one-year warranty period. For avoidance of any doubt, during this

          period, Tempo Estates will rectify any defects or other faults which appear in the

          building and which are  due to materials or workmanship at its own expense. Optional

          insurance upon expiry is recommended.

     5. When do I eventually claim ownership of the house?

          After full payment.

     6.  After ownership, can I make further developments on it?

           Future expansions could be carried out with the consent of  Tempo.

     7.  How long will the construction of the house take?

            Nine (9) months.

     8.  After paying the initial deposit for a particular house type, can I change it for another?

         Yes, where it is available.    

    10. Are you responsible for offering security services as well?

          Tempo offers security services during construction. Thereafter, the management of

           the Residents’ Association will take over the provision of such services.

    11. In case I want to sell the house, will it be necessary for me to inform you first?

           Not necessary.

    12. What happens if I am unable to continue paying after the Initial deposit?

          Another purchaser could be located and your deposit refunded.

    13. Do you sell plots only?

           Sale of plots could be negotiated.

14.    After the full payment of a particular house, do I fully own The house or I would have to pay monthly rental bills?

         You will own the house fully. Rentals will only occur for utilities and other services

          provided.

15.   After choosing and paying for a particular location, do I have a chance of changing my choice of  location?

           Yes, where possible.

   16.  How can I be assured that I am getting good value for money?

          You can always compare Tempo’s deal with the rest.

    17.  What other social amenities are included in this offer?

           Example, Children’s playground and other recreational facilities?

           There are areas demarcated for recreational facilities, police station, schools, post

          office, clinic and a shopping center.   

    17.  Can I have a house built for me at a site of my choice outside Tempo’s location? 

           Yes, this is one of our specialties
